Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I ate some old person candy. For lunch, my mom made me a huuuuge cheese quesadilla with sour cream and iceburg lettuce shreds. It was good but too filling!
After work, I ate a personal pan of vegetarian lasagna. (My mom said, "You ate all of that?!!") I ate one bite-sized Nutter Butter and some more candy (presently).
I got this candy last night when it was the only thing appealing at Giant Eagle. It's that really gross stuff like Napoleon Coconut Squares, Mary Janes, caramel with the white stuff in the centers, etc. I bought a pound of that candy and ate at least half of it immediately, so do the math. Other things I ate yesterday were cheese, two mini-toasts, dried apricots, a piece of bread, a glass of milk, a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and some reheated mashed potatoes.
The day before yesterday, I ate the largest portion of grilled cheese and french fries that I've EVER seen, two fluffy little pancakes, a glass of milk, some crumpled tortilla chips at the bottom of the bag, and a few apricots.
If the point of greatest concern for "loss of appetite" is a day when I eat half a pound of gross candy, at least nobody has to force-feed me calorie shakes. All the gluten makes me feel physically gross, as does the candy. However, ah. Still eating.

Things I Ate Today
Things I Ate Today To Make Myself Really Sick:
-Around noon, after I woke up: about a serving of Hola Fruita (would you believe I saved it from last night?)
-Around... maybe 2:00? A plate of cheesy pasta with TWO breadsticks, some vegetables I threw away, most of a bottle of water, and the largest size available of chai tea latte; and about half of a cookie that was the size of my entire hand
-A pina colada fruit "smoothie" with ice cream, after Cody and I "worked out" at the gym (by floating in the swimming pool for half an hour).
-Around 8, a pumpkin bagel with honey almond cream cheese and part of a fruit cup
-A free Sweedish Fish and Cabbage Patch Kid from the art store
Around 9:30, Cody and I had a horrible experience with Chipotle where I had to put my foot down and say, you know, I probably SHOULDN'T be spending $15 per week on fast food, especially when we got Chipotle YESTERDAY. So, to make up for the sad lost calories, we went to Rosie's. I personally ate:
-A box (9 servings) of Wheat Thins
-A bag (7 servings) dried/sugared pineapple chunks
-A cheese stick
-EZ Cheese (in a can, like probably... a third of the can)
-A bottle green tea Vitamin Water
-A bag of Scooby Doo fruit snacks
-A Lindt chocolate ball (mint)
-Half a box of Christmas donut holes
-Some vegetarian sushi (I eat this every day)
I don't know. It feels like we're missing something.
Want to know what I ate yesterday?
Things I Ate Yesterday:
-2 pints of Hola Fruita fruit sorbet
-Medium chai tea latte
-A banana
-A vegetarian burrito bol from Chipotle with extra rice because it was fresh and enough hot salsa for the guy making it to call me a "soldier"
-A box of vegetarian sushi
-I feel like a dead person
It's been a vomitacious day for eating. Have I mentioned that I generally don't eat wheat or gluten?

Things I Ate Today
-Today, I discovered the glory that is Kashi's cookie-flavored protein bar. So good in every wayy.
-I also ate an assortment of produce: green grapes, raw lettuce, puny strawberries, an apple, a lot of peas....
-I also ate a surprisingly amazingly good thing from Taco Bell: nacho... super crazy deluxe nachos in a bowl that you eat? The last time I got these, it was a mistake to substitute an extra portion of beans for the beef. But this time, with one portion of beans (still no meat), it was amazing!! And nauseating!! I also drank plenty of Baja Blast.
-Sebastian shared his trick or treat candy with us and Lauren and I. I got Butterfinger!!
-Later for snackies, Lauren and I split a box of Princess Ariel fruit snacks. David got one too, of course! I would definitely reccommend to a friend.
-When I got back to my dorm, I bought a little bag of candy corn composed of the right amount for one person: about two servings. I also bought white Reese's cups, but I haven't eaten them yet and there's about a 7% chance that I'll save them for tomorrow.
Ugh. I don't feel very good about what I ate today! But, nonetheless, it was a good day for eating.

Things I Ate Today
Today, I ate gluten for the first time in a few days. Was it worth it? Probably not!
-Black vanilla coffee
-A (stale but not bad) cinnaroll thing with frosting
-Chipotle with Lauren and Sarah!
-4 cups of butterscotch pudding
-A "small side salad"
Things I ate yesterday:
-A jar and a half of salsa (one of which expired a few days ago), in a brand other than Tostitos, with accommodating Scoops chips
-Huge bowl of rice that supposedly had cheese and broccoli flavoring that I cooked with Sebastian's electric tea pot and the microwave
-Three halves of sliced cheeses: local Swiss, colby jack, and white with spicy things
-Vitamin Water
-Pint of Hershey's chocolate with peanutbutter ice cream
-Bottle of pomegranate limeade?? Very delicious but only 25% juice.
-2 apples from home
-Chocolate Silk juice box
Was there more for breakfast? Who knows. I don't remember this list very well.

Things I Ate Today
I'm so exhausted! I also don't feel very well because... well, I think I may be lactose-intolerant. Is there some sort of perscription for hypochondria?
Things I Ate Today:
-For breakfast around noon, an apple and pear from our trees out back
-For lunch around 1:30 with Hayley and Lauren: a black taco with beans instead of meat +sour cream (this wasn't bad but is NOTHING in comparison to the Volcano Taco), cheesy fiesta potatoes, and two medium cups of Baja Blast
-For dinner after work: cooked yellow squash and zucchini, spinach with salad dressing, cooked apples with a scoop of ice cream, locally Swiss cheese (and these are good-sized portions, mind)
-4 of my new Flinstones GUMMY vitamins! :D
-Later, at Rosie's: a peanut butter cup ice cream Blenderoo + a King Size pack of Reese's (that's 4 cups/400 calories) and a pickle spear, directly followed by
-A skim Milk Chug
Ugh! Too much dairy, but hopefully I made up for it with my childish vitamin intake. Otherwise, it's been a great day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
Today around 2:30, I ate three gluten-free donuts with a skim milk Chug.
After work around nine, I tried to make dinner out of some frozen squash with cheese, but it a complete disaster so I fed it to the dogs. My mom gave me two Reese's cups, and my dad made me a huge bowl of his famous popcorn.
I would like a glass of milk.
It was a good day for extreme snack bizz!

Things I Ate Today
The day before yesterday, I forgot to add that I ate a caramel apple before bed. Those things are so delicious.
Today for breakfast at noon, I ate a tasty fruit cup with a soy milk juice box.
For lunch/dinner, I ate a "small side salad" with a microwavable cup of Campbell's tomato soup and a package of (2) gluten-free cookies (as previously mentioned).
In the evening, I ate a small jar of medium salsa with accommodating Scoops chips. I also drank the rest of that gross red juice that is only 25% fruit.
I drank a bottle of XXX Vitamin Water. I think that's my favorite flavor.
Then, at 11:30, I ate a pint of ice cream. But get this: it WASN'T Ben and Jerry's. It was Hershey's cookie dough! I wouldn't have picked that brand on my own, but it was actually good. It also has 240 fewer calories per pint than Ben and Jerry's and other nutritional bonuses!
When did I become such a food yuppie, though? Gluten-free and brand-name nonsense; I'll tell ya.
It was a great day for eating! Once again, I love food. :)

Sweet Things I Ate Today
Today, I just about set a world record by waking up at 8:30 am. Dustin left a paper in my dorm room, so I took him "out" to Rosie's, where I ate a huge fluffy waffle with maple syrup. I drank a bottle of orange juice. Then, I went back to bed and slept until about 12:30.
After class, I went to the Oktoberfest celebration at Prentice and bought a bottle of apple cider. I microwaved it in a cardboard coffee cup, and it was very satisfying. Then, for lunch, Lauren and I got roasted veggie calzones. SOOO GOOOOD. This was probably the best part of my day.
Directly after that, we met up with Sebastian who hadn't eaten yet. I drank a glass bottle of rootbeer.
Directly after that, we met up with David who hadn't eaten yet. I ate a piece of pumpkin pie. And, by the way, we're still at the same building.
Later, I ate some Reese's pieces. Lauren and I went to Taco Bell, and there I ate a crunchwrap with beans instead of meat and guacamole. However, I wasn't charged for the guacamole so it was extra special and stuff! I ate a mint.
When I got back to my dorm, I drank a strawberry Milk Chug and ate a dark Lindt ball.
It was a PHENOMENAL day for eating; let me tell you!

Things I Ate Yestoday
Yesterday when I woke up, I drank Odwalla pomegranate juice. Man, that stuff was nasty!! It was also pretty thick for a beverage. I think I also ate an Odwalla protein bar sometime around here. Yes.
I went grocery shopping for lunch, but I didn't really have time to eat what I bought because I met up with Scotty. I ate half a pint of raspberries that were old and cost $5.
At night after gospel choir, I had an AMAZING Chipotle burrito. zOmgz. It was directly followed by a Polar Pop and a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (Karamel Sutra). So healthy!!
This morning when I woke up I ate another pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. PLEASE draw your attention to the coffee/Heath flavor. So, so, so so good. It was perfectly melty when I opened it because I carried it from Cody's dorm to mine (which is a darn tootin' long walk).
Another thing I ate today is a very large apple. I actually ate it in small intervals over the course of the day. Which is a weird way to eat an apple.
Sometime around 9:30, I ate a cup of soup. I drank a bottle of orange juice, and I ate half a small jar of hot salsa with accommodating Scoops chips. I drank a little bit of this other juice I have, but I really just want to get rid of it because it's 25% juice! What the heck? Who on this Earth buys Minute Maid (or however they spell that, who knows) for a cheapy, sugary fruit juice cocktail? Gag me with a spoon.
I would like some cookies or soy milk, but will I go downstairs to buy some? Probably not. All the same, it's been a good day for eating (twice)!

Things I Ate Today
Today I drank a quart of soymilk, a quart of water, a bottle of Vitamin Water (green tea), some more water, maybe even some more juice... and at the end of the day I was still dehydrated! What the heck!
Things I Ate Today:
-A really delicious "Halloween" sundae from Friendly's that was blue instead of orange because they ran out of the appropriate frosting flavor
-A grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't very good because I used oil instead of butter
-An enormous portion of cheese ravioli
-An enormous portion of an amazing apple pie that my mom baked (I imagine it wasn't actually real)
-A lot more of those buckeyes, actually all the rest of them
-An Odwalla protein bar (most recently)
I can't sleep and I wish I were eating something that would help, but otherwise it's been a good day for eating! Actually, my stomach has been feeling sort of bad; especially because most of that was gluten, dairy, and/or sugar. No, excuse me. ALL of that was gluten, dairy, and/or sugar.
It was a good day for taste buds!
Additionally: Yesterday something that I ate and forgot about was a "fun-size" Butterfinger. The first three ingredients are sugar, but the fourth is tasty goodness!

Things I Ate Today:
-Waffles from Rosie's with "cherry" topping
-A Silk juice box
-2 Buckeyes
-Cheese-covered french fries (everything so far was from Rosie's)
-A huge nasty peach that I only ate part of
-A pear
-"Toxic Waste" candy (how could you not?)
(everything so far was still from Rosie's)
-Black hazelnut coffee
-3 tiny baby bags of Reese's pieces
-A box (2 190 calorie servings) of Amy's vegan pizza rolls (omg)
-A macadamia nut cookie that was an inch short of the size of my hand
-Juice and some other beverages
-Literally at least about 900% of my DV Vitamin C (lol)
-David and I split 2 Hot Pocket-type wraps from Amy's. They were so delicious!
Was that all? I don't really know. I'll probably eat more after this. But, otherwise, it was a good day for eating!!

Things I Ate Today
Things I Ate Today:
-2 more of those large(ly delicious) cookies
-Half a free vegetarian wrap that I got last night, left on the floor, accidentially jumped on, and didn't refrigerate (regardless of cheese content). How have I not puked?
-Tonnns of Halls's vitamin C fruit drops
-A cookie that my mom brought me at work that was made to look like a candy corn! So sweet of her!
-Peas and corn that have been in the freezer for, literally, months upon months
-Homemade potato fries/chunks
-3 or 4 pieces of cheese (provalone and Swiss)
-A piece of bread
-A glass of milk
-1 small Frostie that mom "bought" me to be nice, although I actually ended up paying for both of them. (Who's laughing now, you milkshake-mooching maniac of a daughter?)
It was a good day for eating.

Things I Ate Today:

Things Jess Ate Today (By Cody Wallis)
Today Jess texted me about the disgusting cake she was eating. It tasted like a stale ho-ho without the filling, covered in play-dough flavored icing. It was orange and decorated like a pumpkim. She ate one half of it.
Then she had a spoonful of my cookies-and-creme milkshake even though she is sick. After that, I baked some cookies while she was in my shower. They were Chocolate Chip and Triple Chocolate. She came down and she made cookie sandwiches and then we ate approximately 1/3 of the cookies with Almond Breeze. But the Almond Breeze wasn't vanilla. Or chocolate! Original? Yuck!
Jess informs me that prior to the cookie expedition, she ate a veggie wrap with her mom at Rosie's. She also had some cheesy fries. She had a banana for breakfast, some home-grown pear, a zucchini, and a tomato. She tried to eat a hamburger bun but Sam snatched it away from her!

Things I Ate Today
Last night after posting, I ate two Crunchwraps (with beans instead of meat +guac), a chocolate chip cookie, and a chocolate cream stick. Delicious.
Things I Ate Today:
-Kraft macaroni and cheese
-A huge honeycrisp apple
-A bag of assorted autumn candy (dual-varied <3 candy corns <3 and pumpkins)... which I think was 8 servings x 140 calories?
-About 1/4 a box of white cheese crackers (cheese nips?)
-One glass of milk
Ugh. That was a lot of gluten and dairy! My whole body's going into shock. However, otherwise, it was a good day for eating!

Things I've Eaten Today
I don't know what to do with myself at 10pm on Friday night at home, so I think I'll update my blog prematurely!
Things I Ate Today:
1.) For breakfast in bed around 9:30, which is very early ESPECIALLY under the circumstance of my going to sleep around 4:30am and weaving through the courses of conciousness starting around 7:30...
-Miniature chocolate chip cookies that were also gluten, dairy, and millions of other allergens-free**
-Two more pudding cups (the flavor is butterscotch). Yum.
2.) For lunch-substitute around 2:30pm, I ate a spoonful of peanutbutter because I was too stressed/crazy/busy/late for work to actually eat food.
3.) At work on break around 5, I ate a perfect meal: a honeycrisp apple comparable in size and juiciness to King Kong's eyeball, with three pieces of Krieger's cheese of the week (some local Swiss thing*) and one of those pretty*** triple-size Arizona teas-- Green tea with honey and ginseng?? I don't consume ANY of those foods/beverage on a regular basis and I generally think they're disgusting... but not together!
4.) When I came home, I ate whatever looked vaguely appealing: vanilla ice cream, Lay's potato chips (does anybody actually think those taste good?), the remains of cole slaw I left in the refrigerator about two weeks ago, a free salvaged**** pear from the rotten rack at Krieger's, a hamburger bun... and so on.
Today, as a day for eating and also life, had its ups and downs. But all in all, I'd definitely say: It was a good day (for eating)!
I think I'm about to go to Taco Bell.
*This is not to say that I live in Switzerland, but that the Swiss Cheese was locally produced.
**Other allergens the package of these cookies advertised not containing: shellfish, potatoes?
***Aesthetically; this isn't to say that the can is relatively triple-sized. Although, I mean, it is.
****I think this is sort of like a play on words. (free salvaged?)

Things I Drank and Ate Today
1. Either I just identified Taylor Swift's bassline coming from a car extreeemely far from my window, or I'm having radio-induced hallucinations.
2. Today I sort of decided what I'm going to do with my degree-- teach English as a second language, with a minor in art-- which explains why I'm not studying for Tomorrow'S Problematic and Terrifying Social Problem TeSt (Presently).
3. My calorie intake for the day would probably be shocking, um, if I had not consumed about a day's worth of calories in sugary/colored/caffinated/beverages. So, without further delay,
here are the Things I Ate Today:
-Cheesy fiesta potatoes (with hot sauce today!)
-Cheese quesadilla
-Half a small jar of hot salsa (with accomodating Scoops chips)
Things I drank today:
-1 regular coffee
-2 medium cups of Baja Blast
-1 strawberry Milk Chug
-2 cups (3 packets) or hot chocolate
-Leftovers of whatever drink Lauren left in my room (interesting flavor!)
It was a good day for eating and drinking.

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast after I rolled out of bed at 12:30, I ate an adorable little package of sliced apples and peanut butter.
After Social Problems, I ate two bananas. Then, I went to buy groceries and got a ten dollar discount, as per tweet, from the same guy who I mentioned last week with the dates and Vitamin Water. Rockin! I ate an entire container of vegetarian cucumber (sushi-y)rolls, yum, in celebration. Other things I ate today:
-A bottle of Vitamin Water in some great, unusual flavor- peach mandarin or something?
-Odwalla juice (superfood)
-2 huge, juicy nectarines
-A taste of some new hommus, but with Scoops chips instead of pita bread??
-A box of Keebler Chocolate Lover's cookies, except for the ones I shared with Cody and Ryan at our cookie party.I also shared one with Jon.
-About the same percentage of a skim Milk Chug
-An incredible sample of some zucchini bread that Ryan's mom made him. I. Love. Zucchini bread.
It's been a very good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
I feel a freshman fifteen coming on...
Today for breakfast in bed around 10:30, I ate the remaning 3/4 pint of that Karamel Sutra icecream, which was still amazingly delicious; I'd only intended to eat a serving of it!
Before gospel choir, I ate three bananas. (Gospel choir is from 5:30-7:30 pm.) I also drank a bottle of water.
After gospel choir, I ate two cookies; two pieces of cheese pizza; one medium or large cup of rootbeer. Yumm!
For a snack, I ate somebody else's leftover reduced fat Cheese Nips. So much better than you might expect.
For dinner around 2am, I drank a double upgrade hot chocolate with a package of Turtles. Cody also gave me an astonishingly astonishing piece of his white chocolate chip cookie dipped in deluxe hot chocolate (his included dairy and flavoured creamour).
It was a very good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
Today, I ate a lot more home foods: salad, bread, spaghetti, butternut squash with stuff on it so it might taste less disgusting, potato with chives and sour cream, apples from the back yard, a doughnut from Jubilee... etc.
When I got back to school, Sebastian and I bought grocery-type foods from Rosie's store: Stouffer's vegetarian lasagne, miniature orange bundt cake, Ben & Jerry's ice cream... and boy am I thirsy!
Karamel Sutra: the best flavor to date.

Things I Ate Today
Today, I think I spent 8 or 9 hours on the COUCH, watching TELEVISION, eating my MOM'S FOOD. It was amazing. So I didn't eat a lot of things, but I did eat a lot of the few things I ate.
Things I Ate Today:
-Hamburger bun
-Cheese ravioli xxcore
-Garlic bread xxcore
-Squash custard (which is essentially pumpkin pie without the crust) xcore
-A glass of milk
It's been a good day for eating! I sure would like some orange juice, though.
P.S. On facebook, there's a group called "Hate." There's a post on said group called "Things I Hate Today." :)

Things I Ate Today
You know that cliche, "Maybe it's only a cliche because it's true?" Well, that cliche is what I think about this cliche: "Dog: Man's best friend." Because my last five or so tweets were about my dog Sam, I think I'll force some of my thoughts about Sam onto ye proverbial blog readers.
From the time I found out that you could wish on dandilions and stars and birthday candles, I always wished for a dog. A sister was pretty high on my list too, but I really didn't want anything more than a dog. They're so great! Why wouldn't you want one? And I'll never forget how excited I was to see that crazy little liverspotted dalmation with (presumably) bloodthirsty red eyes* run towards me across the lawn of our old house. It was probably the first and last time to date that I wished on something enough for it to just suddenly come true. Sure, Sam has earned her share of complaints from the neighbors, and she made my parents furious by chewing up expensive stuff and peeing all over the carpet. Most of my friends, relatives and acquaintances hate her because she's always barking at them. But really, the truth is that Sam is protective. The truth is that she's the best dog ever!
When other people talk about their dogs, it's just like "come on. Give it a rest. Your dog is a dog." But I really almost view Sam as my sister, and I really sincerely view her as a reflection and a part of myself. Animals have such pure spirits, and there are times when I swear looking into Sam's eyes is like looking into the eyes of God. Maybe I'm psychopathic, but still. She's one of my very favorite people and one of my dearest companions. Whose shoulder do you think I've cried on all these years? Who do I miss when I'm away from home?
And now that Sam has a huge tumor in her bladder, I have to face a fact that I've honestly spent years dreading and fearing and avoiding: she has to die eventually. This week she spent a couple days and nights at the animal hospital because her bladder filled up waaaay more than it ever should and couldn't drain. From here on out the only way for her to even be alive is to have this little plastic tube draining out of it, and even that won't last very long. It's really horrible not to know how much longer we have with Sam, especially because she's acting like she always does-- she just wants to be petted and maybe go for a walk and eat your leftovers. And tonight, while we all sat in the living room and watched a movie, my mom fed her brownies and petted her and gave her all this special treatment. It was so incredibly depressing because this is it. This is pretty much all the time we have left with someone who's been a member of our family since I was in first grade. I took Sam for a walk at 11:00 pm, and it reminded me of the last hour of Donnie Darko's life. An SUV full of teenagers drove past us and parked at the house where Sam scared a little kid once. I could practically hear the kids in the SUV laughing about the crazy dalmation and the crazy girl walking it in the middle of the night. As if they have any idea!
My parents keep giving me all these different ideas of when they might put Sam to sleep, and it's horrible. I've heard today, Monday or Tuesday, next weekend, in a few months... it could be any time. Although mom insists that I'm wrong, it seems like dad just wants to get the whole thing over with and put Sam to sleep as soon as soon as possible. Mom's concerned about the cost of caring for Sam because it's logistically crazy at this point. But all I want is to keep my puppydog. It's sort of like a Power of the Pen story that could win honorable mention.
On that note!
Things I ate Today:
-Another salad like I ate yesterday, but without the croutons because they were soggy
-3 Hamburger buns
-Mysterious casserole that mom made earlier this week (cornbread, beans, cheese...)
-Squash
-Cole Slaw
-1/3 pan of brownies
*Just kidding. Her eyes are hazelish brown.

Things : I :: Ate : Today
Things I Ate Today:
-Another Odwalla bar, of the same flavor (protein)
-A small "salad" with cheese and croutons,* combined with tabouli. So delicious!
-A caramel apple. OMG YUM. Have you eaten one of these within the last five years? No? Well maybe you should reconsider. Aside from the dialectical disaster dat is pronouncing "car(a)mel," the caramel apple may just be a Perfect Food. Who knew?
-A few stupid crumbles of corn chip
-A slice of the freshest cheese pizza ever, with a breadstick and marinara sauce
-A pint of Ben & Jerry's cake batter ice cream
Good food : Bad day :: Yellow Leaves : Cold breeze
So yes, certainly, it was another good day for eating.
*I don't even eat croutons!
p.s. I don't know how you're supposed to use colons in those analogies, so just pretend.

Things I Ate Today
Today, I woke up very early: at eight forty-five. This requred an alarm, as well as nourishing breakfast food. I poured some skim milk into one of the three sections of packaging so the cookies could be soaked, but results were limited. My second meal was, once again, the highlight of my year (and probably Lauren's too). I ate:
-One box of Keebler "Chocolate Lover's" cookies. Each cookie has 80 calories, which means there are 2,080 calories in a box. Granted, I did share about two of them.
-Spicy Summer Tofu from Thai Gourmet :)
In the evening, Lauren and I went to Sebastian's. I made a (classy) party platter of sliced cheese and reduced fat Wheat Thins on a paper plate and sipped water from my Evian bottle, thanks to the ridiculous priorities of on-campus food plans. Sebastian let us taste his pretzel chips, and I guess I also had a mint and a fortune cookie.
It was a good day for eating!
P.S. I just ate a small jar of medium salsa with accomodating Scoops chips (the bag is essentially gone), with some dates.

Things I've Eaten Today
I haven't eaten much at all today, and for some reason I'm not hungry! And by "I'm not hungry," I even mean to say that food doesn't hold its usual appeal for some reason. Maybe that's because my body's sick of digesting sicko food products.
Today around noon, I ate a regular-size cup of hazlenut coffee (black, as always).
In my evening break between classes, I ate half a small jar of medium salsa (with accomodating Scoops chips), and some chickpea salad. The chickpea salad tasted very strongly of vinegar, and I'm not sure whether that's because a.) I bought it on campus and it could be rotten, or b.) I'm unaccustomed to the taste of chickpea salad. Either way, I threw the whole thing away after a few bites. Very gross.
After math (maybe around 8pm), I bought two bottles of Vitamin Water-- green tea and lemonade-- with a surprising little package of dates! Who even knew they sold THOSE on campus? The guy at the counter said it looked like I was just going to walk out with my purchases, and said that he would've let me go if I did. I think I recognized him from Gospel Choir, which is sort of ironic. He pleasantly suggested that I had a "date" with my Vitamin Water.
Anyway, I ate about one serving of the dates and drank my green tea Vitamin Water. Ho hum! It's still early, but unless I eat something later (not unlikely), that is what I ate today. A good day for eating!

Things I Sadly Ate Today
This past week was a total waste of vacation from my oh-so-serious blog endeavors because I ate a TON of food. In the time since I last updated Things I Ate Today, I consumed literally at least twice as many calories as I should have. But technology isn't working in my favor lately, and I'm willing to use that as an excuse.
Today for breakfast around noon, I ate an Odwalla bar. It was the first time I've tried one, and it was okay. The taste was nothing incredible, but it had 14 grams of protein and the company seems generally positive so I'd probably eat another one.
Before Gospel Choir, I ate a fruit cup with a bag of Sun Chips.
After Gospel Choir, I ate a Chipotle burrito that admittedly tasted at least 60 times better than the one I ate yesterday for breakfast with Hayley and Sebastian.
Finally, at the end of the day, I got what I'd been wanting: a(nother) pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream with a TV (laptop) screen. I like Amelie even more than I remember, and the ice cream was satisfying. To B&J I say: without you, today's emotions would be the scurf of yesterday's.
I daresay it's been a good day for eating.

Things I Ate Today
Last night after my post, Cody and I went to Rosie's around 4. I ate Mallo Cups (highly recommended!) and cheese fries. Yum!!
Today for breakfast, I ate some gluten-free pretzels and the rest of my orange Vitamin Water.
Around lunchtime, I actually chugged a chocolate Milk Chug. I ate two falaffels with tahini sauce and tabouli, with strawberries.
Before and during math class from 5:30 to 7:30, I ate a king-size package of Resee's cups. I did share one, though.
Right after that, I went to donate blood to the Red Cross; but they didn't want my blood because of Haiti. Regardless, I ate the cookie I was offered. It was a chocolate chip cookie the size of my entire hand. OMG YUM.
Then, I ate two more falaffels.
Then, I ate some corn chips and Miley Cyrus came on the radio. Yeeeyeeaahaeayeah! It's a party in the USA.

Things I Ate Today
Yesterday, I typed this blog post twice and it got deleted BOTH TIMES. So bad. I'll try to remember everything I ate, though! If I ever catch alzheimer's, I think I'll probably still remember the things I ate when I was eighteen because I put so much thought into memorizing them now.
Things I Ate Yesterday:
-A huge cup of coffee and milk that my mom made, for breakfast
-Two pieces of gum, since I didn't have enough time to brush my teeth for work
-A peanut butter and jelly sandwich that my mom made, for lunch
-Maybe some more samples of the baked goods in the break room
-For dinner, some cooked yellow squash and zucchini that my mom also made, with
-a hot pita covered in melted cheese, and
-grapes.
-2 Swedish Fish from Sebastian
-Cheesy french fries
-A watermelon Air Head
-a "Go-Go" Vitamin Water
-a lime green Laffy Taffy rope
-a box of Oatmeal Cream Pies (that's 12 minus about 2 or 3)
...of course, I probably missed some things. For example, the other day I forgot to mention that I ate a peanutbutter m&m off the floor of a staircase in Cody's dorm. And gluten-free pretzels. And samples from the break room at work. And something else? Uh... ANYWAY!
Things I Ate Today:
-A fruit cup
-Gluten-free pretzels
-Tabouli
-Falafels with Tahini sauce
-Strawberries
-3 free Swedish Fish
-Free pizza
-Calzone with marinara sauce and root beer
-Chocolate Lover's Keebler cookies
Such a great day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
I just typed this whole post and then it got deleted!
Yesterday, I forgot to mention that I ate a peanutbutter m&m that was on the floor of the staircase in Stouffer hall. I ate it because it would be gross and funny, but then I considered eating more of them because it was actually very tasty. I think I also tasted some baked goods from the break room at work.
Things I Ate Today (again):
-A large cup of coffee that my mom made, for breakfast
-I didn't have time to brush my teeth before work, so two pieces of gum
-A peanut butter and jelly sandwich that my mom made, for lunch
-A pita covered in melted cheese, for dinner, with:
-Cooked green and yellow squash that my mom made, with:
-Grapes.
-Watermelon Air Head, for a snack, with:
-"Go-Go" Vitamin Water
-Green Laffy Taffy
-Cheesy french fries
-2 Sweedish Fish
-A box of Oatmeal Cream Pies (that's 170 calories x 1 gram of protein x 12 servings - 2 or 3 that I gave away).
I feel sort of sick and gross, but other than that it was a good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
Last night after posting, I think I went to Rosie's with Cody and ate more food. I ate french fries with cheese sauce, lots of hot chocolate, and... maybe that was all. Who knows.
Today for breakfast, I ate another gluten-free bar with a big cup of coffee. I went home and ate a bunch of my dad's famous popcorn (stale but staille delicious).
At work around five-thirty, I ate an apple and most of a peach. I also sampled some of the brownie and Hollywood Square that someone left in the break room.
Then I drank stuff like five cups of hot chocolate and a sip of coffee-flavored energy drink. Around 3:30 am, Cody Sebastian and I went to Rosie's. I got a brownie and some nasty apple cobbler. I also took as many bites out of Sebastian's nasty "breakfast" food as I could. And I got a bite of Cody's waffle with a spoon. It was a day.

Things I ate today:
-For BRUNCH, I the ate the last two (of four) banana cream pie snack packs of pudding with one of my gluten- and dairy- free bars (um, banana chocolate)
-Around 3, no, around four. Erase that. Around four. No, just take that out of there.
-Around four, I ate half a small jar of hot salsa with scoops chips.
-Around nine, I ate another jar and a half of salsa, but the second jar was medium, not hot, still with scoops. That finished my first bag of scoops.
-Around nine, I also had a cup of hot chocolate.
-Around ten, I ate a couple cookies that were whatever. Chocolate Lover's. Keebler Chocolate Lover's chocolate chip cookies with a bag of green apple licorice.
-I've been waiting for the past three days to eat the green apple licorice, so I ate the whole bag. It has seven servings, and each serving contains 120 calories. So that is a total of 840 calories and 7 grams of protein.
I might have forgotten something, but I'm not sure. Today was a good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
Yesterday around 12:30, I got brunch with Scotty. I ate a platter of stuff from the salad bar, including: grapes, orange melon, hummus, pita, olives, and slices of green pepper. I also got a cup of black/vanilla coffee, thank goodness! I'm noticing, lately, how much fun coffee is. Sort of like Baja Blast, only less conspicuous!
Around 7pm, I ate a little bag of cashews with an organic fruit leather.
Then, around 10pm? I ate Scoops chips with hot salsa.
Today sometime after I woke up, maybe noonish? I ate the last good fruit cup for sale (with strawberries instead of grapes!), a gluten and dairy-free breakfast bar (way too expensive... chocolate and banana), and a Silk vanilla juice box.
Around four, Heaven's gates opened and a HUGE portion of summer tofu (from Thai Gourmet) ascended to fill my joyous stomach. It was the best Thai Gourmet I've ever had, which is really saying something. Afterwards, Lauren and I got Polar Pops.
Around 2am, Cody and I went to the store by Rosie's and spent about an hour wandering around in circles, trying to figure out what we were hungry for. I finally decided on a 4pack of banana cream pie pudding snackpacks. Much tastier than anticipated! Also, Cody gave me one of his Disney Princess fruit snack packs.
An AMAZING (mostly gluten/dairy-free!) day for eating. And life!

Italian Things I Ate Today
Today, I woke up around 11:15 (ma-ma miiia!), and I didn't eat until like 3pm. When I did eat, all I had was a granola bar!! One of those Nature's Valley things, real crunchy?
A few hours later, Sebastian came over and we ate at Rosie's. I spent about ten dollars on myself, somehow. I ate:
-Mozz-erelllla sticks with mar-inaara sauce (ma-ma miiia!)
-A garlic veggie wrap with vegetables and Italian dressing (ma-ma miiia!)
-Cold french fries with ketchup and too much salt...
-A large cup of Hayley's raspberry tea (ma-ma miiia!)
-A pickle spear with no cheese ("no cheese" was an option under daily specials?)
Then, we went to some bizarro art studio that's attached to Sebastian's dorm and has a lot of dirty retro furniture in it. I bought us coffees, obviously. They were disgusting and I added a packet of non-dairy creamer. Ma-ma miiia.
Finally, we went back to Sebastian's house and I ate a cookie dunked in milk. It was not the best thing I've ever tasted, but I'm willing to say it that was the best thing I've ever tasted. Yumm.
Most importantly, today I ate about 8 hours of Italian study. Literally, I studied Italian from about noon to 10pm. It was actually really fun and I feel like I've accomplished something, but if I gained any knowledge from the experience it was probably how to say "Ma-ma miia!" or "GRAT-ziaa!" So, there you have it. Another good day for eating. (Arrivederci!*)
Edit: Now it's about two in the morning, and I'm eating hot salsa with chocolate milk. Truly one of the best combinations of anything, ever. By the end of this, I will have consumed a quart of chocolate milk (that's 4 x 210 calories x 9g protein), and at least half a small jar of Tostitos' hottest salsa. With Scoops chips. Om nom nom!
(*Feel free to use your imagination with my spelling of this word.)

Things I Ate Today
I had a bowl of melon, which was honeydew and honeyrock. There was a bowl of frosting, some corn chips, some... uh.. um.. a piece of dry toast, some cheese gel jalapeno pepper deep fried things from Sonic. Ched 'R' Peppers. They were sooo goood. Let's see. I had those dill pickle pringles. They were pickle pringles. I had chocolate peanut butter fudge from Geauga Lake that was probably about a month old. I had a cherry Coke Polar Pop. Some more of those chips (the pringles, not the corn chips). Some more of that peanut butter fudge. And, uh, let's see, a hot chocolate at Rosie's. And then like three or four or five hot chocolates in the laundry room of Verder. Yeaaahh! The Reese's bar. That was really good. I also had a Hot Mama Pickle. I had chips, pickle chips, and a pickle. I also had a taste of Cody's Big Papa Pickle. His was sweet, mine was spicy. Each pickle was nine servings, and each serving had 22% of the daily value of sodium. I had 198% of my salt today from that pickle. That was a big bowl of frosting.
I decided I'm allergic to gluten and dairy today. Today was my first day of trying not to eat gluten or dairy.
P.s. Cody gave me a gluten-free blueberry muffin, too! It was extremely delicious.

Things I Ate Today
Yesterday after posting, I ate sort of a lot of other food. You know, the kind of stuff that is really gross but you eat it anyway because you're staying up at home, watching SuperNanny for a few hours after midnight to prove that you don't need sleep? Frosting, chocolate, chips, probably some more pie... who knows! I also meant to mention that my mom bought me welcome home candy: a Reece's Big Cup and a reduced box of Lindt dark chocolate truffles! :)
Things I Ate Today:
-Blueberry pie
-Chips
-Milk
-Chocolate
-Grilled cheese
-Tomato soup
-Blueberry pie
-Chips
-Milk
-A ginger chew
-Pretzel bits flavored like honey and mustard
-Bean and cheese/etc. quesadilla from mom
-Frosting
-etc.
"I Love College" by Asher Roth and "Buzzin'" by Shwayze are the Zebra Cakes of hip-hop: artificial, disgusting, unusual... and so darn tasty. (I think I would like them even more if I smoked reefer.)

Pretentious words I've eaten recently
A song to make today taste better: "When the Night Feels My Song" by Bedouin Soundclash
Things I Ate yesterday:
12pm: A hugely disappointing, simultaneously nauseating, bowl of fancy alfredo pasta. With a breadstick and Cherry Coke.
5pm: A hugely appointing fruit salad with a loaded PB&J sandwich which a strange stranger envied audibly.
9pm: A power bar with 19 grams (!!) of protein, with a cow tail (classy!) and hot chocolate. **
10pm: Cheesy fiesta potatoes. * And a crunchwrap with beans instead of meat +guacamole.
11pm: A big, delicious (albeit stale) chocolate cupcake.
113pm: A skim Milk Chug.
Today for breakfast around 10:30, I enjoyed the sophistication of black hazlenut coffee with a somesophisticatedflavor'd scone. I also ate those yogurt-oatmeal clusters that Sebastian got for Easter. They expired a month ago....
At work around 5pm, I ate two ripe organic bananas. (This would probably be more sophisticated if I'd not just spelled b-a-n-a-n-a-s with pop synchopation from 2007.) Then around 9, I ate a few tortillia-type chips with two pieces of Swiss Cheese.
How many things are grosser than Swiss Cheese? I can't think of very many.
I also ate a plate of cole slaw. Another winning dish.
Then, since it's Jere's (28?) birthday, I ate a slice and a half of Amish blueberry pie. It tasted, unfortunately, like a cup of microwaved jelly.
*The cheesy fiesta potatoes glopped all over the table. I screamed, shoved them back onto my styrofoam platter, and licked the table. With class and sophistication.
**I get Swiss Miss without marshmallows because I think the marshmallows are just distracting. I think the hot chocolate lasts longer and is more satisfying when it stands alone!
A good day for eating!

Feelings I Ate Today
Today was quite an emotional smoothie, with Hayley leaving for school tomorrow (in addition to other fruity components)! For breakfast, I ate my second-to-last breakfast bar: almond/frosted rice krispie treat flavor.
For lunch, I ate a great and large fruit salad cup with a chocolate Milk Chug. Did you know that a chocolate Milk Chug contains 400 calories and 18 grams of protein? Neither did I! One bottle is two cups-- one pint-- so it's basically liquid ice cream without a spoon. YUM.
For dinner, I ate half a small jar of salsa with chips, and a cob of corn.
For dinner, I ate a cup of "birthday surprise" icecream from Ambrosia. Then, Sebastian gave me half of his great and awesomely large oatmeal raisin cookie!
After Hayley left, I ate a (1.5 serving) bag of Welch's white grape fruit snacks, half a bottle (1.5 serving) of Fuze(?), and a cute little package of low-fat Fig Newtons. The Fig Newtons weren't as good as I've been anticipating, but they were satisfying. I also ate the rest of that jar of salsa, with accommodating corn chips. But I'm still sad!

Things I Ate Today
Today for brunch (once I finally rolled out of bed), I ate a pluot.
For my next meal around noon, I ate watermelon with corn chips and a cob of corn.
For my next meal around five, I ate a bite of dark chocolate with a juice box of chocolate soy milk. But I didn't get my dollar's worth because the straw was too short!
For my next meal around ten, I ate a portabella sandwich with fries and an AMAZING chocolate cupcake.
A good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
YES!! Check out my subscriber index (8)!!
Today for breakfast, I ate a 75cent sugar-high breakfast bar that tasted like a Reeces cup.
For lunch, I ate chips and salsa.
Then, Kaytee came over. So for lunch I ate watermelon and two pieces of birthday cake.
(After that, I bought another lunch, but it was for Dustin- chicken tenders.)
Then I went to Sebastian's and brought/ate Elmer Fudd (I guess they're called E.L. Fudge??) cookies and part of a chocolate/peanutbutter pretzel.
For dinner, I ate a salad bar delight bowl of delight, full of delightful spinach, hommus, pitas, and so on.
Then for dinner with Hayley and Sebastian, I drank hot chocolate with the center of a doughnut and a fried cheese stick.
Then, for dinner, I ate the rest of those cookies at Sebastian's because they all fell on the floor and I knew he would probably throw them away.
A good day for eating! But boy am I thirsty.
By the way, things I ate yesterday included (but were not limited to): a few spoonfuls of frosting, birthday cake, two doughnut holes, 1.5 milkshakes (mocha and caramel), watermelon, um... and who knows what else. Ew!

Ew!

Things I Ate Today
A song for today: Guava Jelly by Ka'au Crater Boys
Today I woke up a couple hours late at Cody's house. His roommate Jon and Jon's boyfriend Al were the only (awesome!) people in there, still asleep, so I got to sneak around like a secretly starving secret agent. I ate a yogurt-topped granola bar for breakfast, and it was extra crunchy from being in the freezer.
I was supposed to get lunch with my roommate Diana around 1:45, but she got moved in a little late. She said she's going to throw me a big college birthday party! I think we're a good match, though. On the way to work around 2:30, I ate the sample box of Honey Sunshine cereal that Kashi mailed me. Want some? I have cupons... *
At work, I ate the best brownie I have ever tasted in my entire life.
Around nine, I ate a bowl of spaghetti with a piece of "garlic" toast and some watermelon. Then, disgusted by the contentment of my stomach (which had been completely empty an hour the previous), I ate a huuuge bowl of my dad's salted and buttered popcorn, a glass of chocolate milk, a couple glasses of regular milk, cake batter, 4 marshmallows, and... maybe something else. Didn't I do a great job of easing back into a gluttenious and dairyous lifestyle? It's been a mostly grosstly day for food. So someone call me and let's get stuffed! **
*Who decided that an elipse at the end of a sentence needs four dots? That's so ugly!
**If there are drinking games, shouldn't there also be eating games?

Things I Ate Today
Today was better than yesterday! I ate:
-two vegetarian wraps (one that was free, one that I messed up and stressed someone out about)
-two cookies (one free, one stolen but also free)
-half a small jar of salsa with Scoops chips
-a side salad with blue cheese dressing
-the kind of iced tea that Hayley gets at Taco Bell
-a fruit gummy vitamin AND one a day women's supplement (uh-oh! they were actually both one a day.)
-a personal bag of cheesy Doritos
I'm either on the fast track to anorexia or better health, but it's hard to say which.

Things I Ate Today
2:00AM: I ate half a batch of brownie batter.
Two songs that definitely made today better:
Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus
Things are Looking Up by Classified
10:30AM: I ate a peach.
3-4PM: I ate a brownie.
9:00PM: I ate a crunchwrap, a volcano taco, and a cheesy fiesta potatoes.
It's been a long day! I know things will get better soon, though, and my friends have been especially nice to me. People in books and movies always exaggerate stuff like high school and peer pressure, so I assumed that going to college would be less intimidating and depressing than they say it is. But guess what! If today was any true reflection of the switch to "college life," this plot line wasn't exaggerated. Yaaaayyyy!
Eating is a good idea.

Things I Ate Today
Today, I ate fruit for breakfast. I had some walnuts to prepare for the French CLEP test that I failed by six points (c'est la vie), and then I ate a huge awesome bag of Sebastian's Easter candy. It was GREAT. For dinner, I ate a salad with blue/strawberries and Bolthouse poppyseed dressing, and a few portions of watermelon. After snacking on my new baby laptop, I ate the smallest bit of icecream and a TON of cheddar cheese. It's been a while for that! I also ate a second salad (one of the same) and a few handsful of blueberries.

Very Dairy, Gluttenous Things I Ate Today
This is my 37th post!
Yesterday, Cody and I started eating some more gluten and dairy because it was Laura's birthday and it's been six weeks since we stopped. He slept over so we could get the full day's worth of calories knocked out at midnight. And the rest of the day was devoted to Laura's glorious birthday! So, yesterday:
Things I ate:
-Half a pan of brownies
-Half a Reece's Bar (OMG.)
-Way too much milk. Gaaag! (And, yet--!)
-One piece of fruit
-Half a bag of "nacho cheese" Doritos
-The most wonderful pita wrap with falaffel and hommus(!!)
-with an amazing side salad COVERED in feta cheese like you wouldn't believe
-Reece's torte birthday cake(!!)
-Maybe another piece of fruit, milk...
-About ten million chocolate chip cookies (that midnight), with more milk.
There was probably more than that, but I don't even remember.
Starting today, I'm eating dairy but not gluten. That'll last for another two weeks. So today, this is what I ate:
-I think, actually, a piece of fruit for good start
-a MEDIUM Blizzard with (er... gluten-free?) cookie dough and peanut butter cups
-Two volcano tacos with beans instead of meat and no cheese, with Baja Blast
-A (er, gluten-free?) Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzard
-French fries from McDonald's, with Coke
-A lot of (er, gluten-free?) cookies that were sitting out at the church (even though Hayley and I had no reason to be at the church... at least I won the air hockey championship!!)
-A bowl of butter pecan icecream with chocolate syrup
-Some other hilariously gross things that, um, were PROBABLY gluten-free... LOL
I'm feelin' good! Today was great and perfect. If this is what it means to eat gluten and dairy, you can count me in. :)
P.S. Do you want to know what I ate before Cody came over? Actually, the slenderosity of my calorie count that day was impressive. I ate some melon, a salad, boiler potatoes with garlic, and some corn chips. I also rode thirty miles on my bike! So maybe everything I ate afterwards can be justified. Haha um... or something.

Blue Things I Ate Today
Something I should add about yesterday: after the post, Hayley slept over at my house. So, justifiably, however you spell that, I ate a bag of sour gummy worms after the previous post. It was extremely disgusting, and those 1,200 calories stayed in my stomach for a very long time. I followed them with another little boiler potato.
Today for breakfast, I ate some more of those nasty gummy worms (there were two bags, duh!) and half or more of a smaller canteloupe. Around four pm, Hayley and I felt like we were going to throw up so we went to Robek's. I got the "hummingbird" smoothie with soy sorbet instead of the regular kind. And a shot of protein.
For dinner, I ate french fries, two cobs of corn, and a white peach that matched my nail polish and skin tone of the hand. Um... I think there was more... it was probably fruit....
Then, we went to see "500 Days of Summer." It was very good! I ate some more of those nasty sour gummies. They were so appropriate, though!
A disgusting day for foods. But not bad!

Things I Ate Today
Today around 10:45, I ate two candy canes because there was literally nothing for breakfast.
At work around 5:30, I ate a DELICIOUS white peach and a small bottle (two servings/about 350 calories) of Bolthouse juice (very high in protein!).
Back at home around 8:45, I sliced and microwaved two small boiler potatoes with about half a clove of garlic and some oil. I added pepper and seasoning salt. Are you impressed? This was my last real option because I dropped our huge bowl of rice and it broke everywhere.
I also ate... three? Four? Three or four more white peaches; and another candy cane. Still hungry!

Things I Ate Today
Today, Andy came over around noon and we ate a honeyrock. Then, we cooked rice and I ate two bowls of it (with salt and the like). For dinner, I ate another bowl of rice (with salt and the like).
After I returned from the mall with my mom, I ate chips and a small jar of salsa (opposed to the large jar of yesterday's capers). Then I had a blenderized lime beverage.

Things I Ate Today
I want to say that I had a nectarine for breakfast today, but I did that yesterday! So it's up in the air. For breakfast, I probably ate a nectarine. And other fruit or items. I also mixed half a mug of coffee with half a cup of light soy milk and added almond flavor. Good idea! For lunch, I ate a cob and a half of corn. Then I went to work!
On my lunch break at work, I ate the last nectarine and the last banana. I also had a few handfuls of the oversalted sunflower seeds that I've been eating on lunch breaks. They always make me feel sort of sick, but I eat them anyway.
When I got home, I ate a bowl of salad and a huge thing of homemade salsa (about a jar's worth). And plenty more corn chips, of course. Let's see... I finished my unbelievably large bottle of water, and my mom made fruit smoothies. That was a good idea, too. I ate one or two jawbreakers today, another old honeybear lollipop thing, and some more taffy.
I love Chris Murray.
Also, my dad finally told me that it's okay for me to live in a dorm at college. He said that he respects the work I've put into saving the money for it and that I'm a good daughter. Which is awesome!! I've spent pretty much the whole day thinking about the stuff I'd like to buy and take to school. On that note, can we just talk about how difficult it is to find good sneakers? And a plain, perfect backpack. And a Paperchase notebook. And... A good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
My stomach felt gross all day today, because it is just too full. I swear it's sticking out a few inches farther than it did yesterday. But, although I tried to eat light foods like fruit and salsa, I was reminded of the reason why I'm so full in the first place: sometimes you just really want to eat everything forever!
The first thing I ate was a nectarine. I ate about 3 pieces of melon, namely honeyrock and honeydew. I ate a lot of fruit, a few pieces of melon here or there, and a lot of taffy. Here and there and everywhere. I finished the rest of our rice noodles with spaghetti sauce (still amazing), and had a few bites of salad. I ate a pint of the most delicious sorbet I've ever tasted: mango. I ate a jar of Chichi's hot salsa, with corn chips. Then I went to Chipotle with Hayley and Sebastian. And TONS more taffy. All day.
At the end of the day, I was still wanting some more sugar. My mom gave me a handful of jawbreakers, so I ate one of those. And we still have unopened boxes of candy canes from last Christmas (because they buy new ones every year, for some reason), so I ate one of those. Candy canes are always a good way to finish things off. They're pretty satisfying. Oh- I also ate a little honey bear from work, and a lot of light vanilla soy milk. Yum yum yum yum yum! Boy was it ever a good day for eating.
I'm trying to figure what my five favorite foods are, lately. Chipotle, Thai Gourmet, Taco Bell, Vegeteranean and Eat 'n' Park aside, I know my top three are blueberries, chocolate, and salsa. Today thought maybe the other two would be spaghetti and icecream. What are your five favorite foods?

American Things I Ate Today
After riding 12 hours of Greyhound bus from Ontario to Cleveland because my mom sort of hydroplaned the two of us and her now-totaled '98 Acura off a Canadian expressway into a rocky ravine (our lack of injuries or death due to the graces of God himself), I'm back at home. My sleepy, wandering self! I did sleep on the bus ride from Buffalo to Cleveland, but after we got home at 4am this morning I slept from five to eleven. I ate: taffy, almonds/nuts, 3ish-week-old watermelon.
For some reason, then, I didn't eat until about 9pm. Bad idea! I was hungry at work. But then I made rice noodles, which are basically identical to (less expensive gluten-free) spaghetti, and flooded them with spaghetti sauce. Delicious!! Spaghetti is one of my favorite meals, but I frequently take it for granted. Also, I ate more of the taffy which wasn't even mine to begin with. All in all, a good day for eating! I might have some more of that "spaghetti," but I did really eat a ton of it for dinner. Oh, also, with some green beans! A pathetic little cooked handful of them which were probably, now that I think of it, poisoned by my mother with butter or something horribly dairy.

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I finally found the leftover deliciousness of green beans and tomato that Carly made for Cody and I the other day. It was even better than I remembered! I also ate a bag of blueberries.
For lunch, Laura and I went to Chipotle and I got another burrito bol. So, so good!
Towards the evening, I ate three frozen fruit pops in tubes. zOmgz. I also ate grapes. I baked a potato in the microwave and covered it in hot salsa. Then, later, I ate another frozen fruit pop in tube. zOmgz. A good day for eating!
Tomorrow I'm leaving for Canada, where I'll be through- at the earliest- next Sunday. Delicious.

Things I Ate Today
I am very tired. Today, I would like to eat a sleeping pill and sleep all day tomorrow.
For breakfast around waytooearlyAM, I shared a big fruit bowl with Hayley. It was half a watermelon with probably half a canteloupe.
Then, for lunch, immediately following, we went to Chipotle. My burrito bol was better than the last vegan burrito bol I had; actually it was extremely delicious! And "free" Chipotle burritos are one of my very favorite things.
I drank a can of Diet Mountain Dew, and I ate many handsful of cocoa almonds. Then, I ate a popsicle. Then, since I was still with Hayley and we love to eat, we made a pan of Rice Krispie treats and ate all of them. That included an entire bag of marshmallows, but there was plenty of cereal left over. So, I poured tons and tons of sugar into the box/bag of cereal and ate all of it with my hands. That was disgusting, hilarious, messy, spitty fun. Now I would like some beverage.

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I went out with my brother and his girlfriend and my aunt who's visiting from out of state. My diet was a hassle, ** but I got a surprisingly satisfying bowl of fruit salad and another of "saffron rice" which was actually just extremely yellow rice. Still good! And I drank limeade. Not my first choice; but then again, my first choice is always indecision. *
For lunch at work, I cut up two large peaches from the nastyrotten "free" rack. They were good, though! And I finished with half a bar of dark chocolate (which was actually four to five hundred calories).
After work, I ate a huge bowl of pineapple with another bowl of rice. With salt. We had more relatives over, and one of them said how she could never eat that much pineapple at once. Thank you! It was good, but I was still hungry a few hours later so I ate another bowl of rice with hot salsa. I ate a pineapple rhine(?), and a fruity freezer pop. Those things are good!
*If I were a surgeon, I would make indecisions instead of incisions. (My assistant would offer surgestions.)
I think I ate other food, but it was almost 100% for sure fruit or rice. What is food? I forget.
Dark chocolate is always good, though!
I think my favorite foods are blueberries and chocolate.
**If I swore when I rapped, I would rhyme hassle with assle pretty frequently.
Today, some other funny or ironic things happened. I am still dyjessting them:
-A lady who came through my line said something about how my mind was wandering or I wasn't focused on the task at hand. Then she forgot her purse at my register for like fifteen minutes.
-A masculine young lady with millions of facial piercings came through my line today... and then a man in the next line over cheerfully preached to me about how he didn't like the piercings and (referring to her as a boy) said he would not accept a son who looked like that. He said he would never want to be associated with such a person! He talked and talked about it. Who would want to be associated with HIM?
-I went to the library right after work, and I ran inside hoping not to hold anyone up. Then I got yelled at for running.
(-Then my dad shot down the prospect of my going on vacation early- although I'd been really excited about it- because he doesn't want mom to drive up by herself. Isn't it ironic that she previously begged him to get a passport card and come with her but he angrily refused? I'm just sayin', though.)
Delicious! Is anybody else still hungry?

Things I Ate Today
Last night, I slept horribly. To combat this, I ate a pint of blueberries and two marshmallows at 4 am. Then when I woke up, I ate the other two marshmallows we had left.
Things I ate today:
-2 or 3 bananas

Things I Ate Today
Today, I ate:
-2 pints of blueberries
-most of a chocolate bar (two chunks were already gone!)
-3 fruit gems
-1 peach
-a handful or two of mixed nuts (salted!)
-an elephant's weight in corn chips
-hot salsa
-2 cobs of corn
-brown rice and green beans
-1 fruit juice popsicle tube
Yum! It was a good day for eating. I was thinking in the shower that, instead of cutting gluten and dairy out of my diet, I should just eat the following things: blueberries, dark chocolate, hot salsa, and produce; plus Chipotle, Taco Bell and Thai Gourmet for substance. Wouldn't that be good? I would be so happy all the time!!
I've been thinking that cutting gluten and dairy out of my diet has made me feel, if anything, WORSE than I did before. However, today I thought how my knees and ankles haven't bothered me so much since the change. Also, there's a little less phlegm in my throat and my intestines are slightly happier. These things seem small, but maybe I'll see bigger improvements as time goes on! As of today, I've been "off" of gluten and dairy for two weeks.
I hate it when really catchy, fun songs have repulsive lyrics.

OH MY GOSH!
I AM SO BEHIND!
Today is... July 26? The end of... I have no idea. What day is this. Sunday. Let's work backwards!
This "morning," my mom made glutenanddairy-free zuxchinsni bread. There were two loaves, and one loaf had enough calories for the entire day. I ate (in total) a loaf and a half. I ate a lot of grapes and two cups of coffee with light vanilla soymilk. Over the course of the day, I also drank about half the carton of soy milk. Also, we have fruit gems. Since they're bulk candy, I don't know how much I've eaten, but it's a LOT. We had a jarfull as of... yesterday? This morning? I would guess I ate about thirty-five fruit gems today. Another thing I ate with breakfast is the rest of the chocolate bar I bought with Hayley. I don't really remember what else I snacked on, unfortunately. Fruit? Cody and I went to Kaytee's graduation party, where I just ate a little piece of red pepper and a lifesaver. And a bottle of water. When he took me home, I ate a million tortillia chips, because it was the first time I realized I COULD! Chichi's brand makes them with corn! Um... fruit gems... I ate some almonds in the car, too. Towards the evening... geez! I have no idea what's in my stomach. A lot. I think there was something with substance for dinner? At night, I watched Hannah Montana with a bowl of chips, salsa, blueberries, and fruit gems. And this fruit popsicle that my mom bought a box of? Yum!!
Yesterday, ohh. Yesterday was a continuation of the day before, when I didn't sleep! After my last post, I went to hang out with Hayley. I ate a lot of taffy, dark chocolate, coffee with soy milk from Eat n Park, um... I peed behind a tree because there was so much coffee! I remember eating a lot yesterday, too. Ummmmm... I forget all of this! I worked from 3-8:30. I ate... two bowls of quinoa? Or was that a different day? I ate a lot more chocolate, because my mom bought some on sale. Geez. I have no idea about any of this. You're going to have to trust me. Bye!

Things I Ate Today
Still, everything I eat is pretty disgusting. Gluten, dairy, oh how I missez vous.
For breakfast today, I ate more of those marshmallows. I microwaved them and ate them with peanut butter, which screwed up my blood sugar for the majority of the afternoon. I tried to make up for it by cooking quinoa (the greatest grain) and mixing it with the "salsa" I'm eating with everything (rice, corn, salsa, nasty guacamole). But that was completely disgusting. But I ate it. I felt like puking all over the world.
After work, Cody and I went to Carly's house. She made us the most delicious food! It was this crazy gourmet thing with green beans, canned tomato, garlic, red pepper seasoning, and so on. Delicious. At the same time, we baked gluten and dairy-free brownies with Valentine's Day sprinkles. What an awesome meal!! Omg!!
When I came home, I ate some of the popcorn dad made while I was gone. It was also delicious.

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I ate the rest of those candy orange slices, but there weren't very many left because I ate more after posting last evening! I ate the candy with some real fruit. I don't remember which kind. Over the course of today, I demolished the rest of our fruit supply... which was like 3 bananas and 3 peaches (give or take).
For lunch, I tried to make guacamole. Unfortunately, a.) I don't know how to make guacamole; b.) especially without the inclusion of dairy products. Some things I put in the "guacamole" are tomato, lemon juice, a little bit of tofu for texture, dill... um... I'm going to stop here because it's just embarassing! To disguise the bad taste of the guacamole in the guacamole, I mixed it with the corn/salsa/blackbeans stuffs in the fridge. I ate that for lunch with a fork.
I ate sort of a lot of weird food between lunch and fourthmeal, but all I really remember is the rest of our deliciously light vanilla soy milk and 50ish pounds of almonds. Snacking, snacking, snacking.
Oh! I also ate a jar of marachino cherries. Somewhat more disgusting than a bag of bing cherries.
Just now, I went to Eat 'n' Park with Anna. Very pleasant! For about five dollars, I got a side of unbuttered, ungravvied, mashed potatoes with a side of unbuttered, radioactively green broccoli. I also ate a lemon, for some reason. Water to infinity! And just now I ate 4 marshmallows. We'll see where that goes.

Things I Ate Today
I ate so much nasty stuff today! Pretty much everything I ate was disgusting.
For breakfast, I ate the rest of that brownie chocolate soupdae. I went to Hayley's house just before lunch, and I just got home. So, in that time I ate:
-About half the bucket of cocoa almonds
-About half the bag of orange slices (sugar candy)
-3 or 4 marshmallows
-2 cans of Diet Mountain Dew
-A few other beverages, including light vanilla soymilk
-2 cobs of corn
-About 3 large pieces of canteloupe
-About 75 pieces of popcorn
Was there more? I don't know, but it was gross!

Things I Ate Today (and Yesterday)
Today for breakfast, I ate two pints of blueberries. And maybe something else, but I forget what? My dad pointed and laughed at me and shouted, "BLUEBERRY GIRL!" because yesterday I finished my 10lb flat of blueberries and bought 3 more pints, which are now all obliterated.
For lunch, I ate a salad with almonds. I also ate a plum that was in my purse from last week.
I worked from noon to 8:30, so on break around 4 I ate half of a glutenanddairy-free cookie that a stranger gave me to throw away, two bananas and some almonds.
After work, I ate some canteloupe from the "free" rack at work, another banana, two cobs of corn, light soy milk, and one or two spoonfuls of peanutbutter. Then, without gluten or dairy, my mom made this AWESOME chocolate brownie soup pudding molten lava molasses bubbling stew dish thing. So I ate 3 or 4 servings of that. Omg yum. Have you had those "Warm Delights" tv dinner-type things? Well it was a little bit like that. Om nom nom.
Yesterday, I finished my blueberries and chocolate. I don't know why the title of this promises a list of stuff I ate yesterday, because I don't completely remember what I ate yesterday. Blueberries and chocolate for breakfast, no lunch, and everything in the entire world for dinner. That's all!

A good day for eating!
Today, I very literally ate about 4 quarts of blueberries. I ate a little more than half of a dark (Lindt, Swiss) chocolate bar, and a salad. For dinner, I fearfully ate a VEGAN Chipotle burrito bol- no sour cream, guac, wrap, I know. But it had SO MUCH hot sauce!
Factoid of the day (I don't know what a factoid is, actually): Chipotle's rice is made in soybean oil. It's vegan-friendly. No chicken stock, no butter.
Anyway, those are most of my favorite foods, so it was an awesomely good day for eating!

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I ate half a bag of gluten-free pasta. It was a lot more than I expected! I actually went to work feeling full.
On my lunch break at 4pm, I ate something like a pint of blueberries, a quarter of a honeydew, and a few handfuls of almonds.
After work around 8:30, I ate 1/3 of our brand new jar of peanut butter. That was a pretty bad idea and I feel like I'm about to die because of it, but it was rather tasty! I put a little bit of sugar on it so it could also be dessert. (desert?) Then I ate the rest of my blueberries from lunch... and another family-sized salad bowl full of them.

Things I Ate Today
Today for brunch, I 1-2 large bowls of leftover noodles and vegetables, with about a quarter of the bag of coconut in the cupboard. (Hey, look! Gluten and dairy-free!)
I worked from noon to 8:30, so on break around 5pm I ate a nectarine, a plum, a few handfuls of almonds, and an Endangered Species superdark chocolate bar with mint. It was so good and satisfying and delicious! Most chocolate with 70+% cocao is gluten and dairy-free.
To my great delight, we just got in the 5 and 10lb. flats of blueberries!! I wait for these all year, so could basically justify buying the ten-pounder. I ate a few pints of those for dinner with the other half of my chocolate bar. :)
Do you have any idea how many pints of blueberries you need to make ten pounds?

Things I Ate Today
Starting to feel like a martyr...
Today for breakfast, I drank the rest of that Bolthouse Juice with fruit. For lunch, I cooked a bunch of vegetables (green squash, green and red peppers, mushrooms, celery...) and put it with gluten-free pasta. I also made a salad. It all tasted very bland, though! I didn't really know what to season it with.
Around 2, 3, and 4 o'clock, I was starving. So, I ate a million almonds. I ate them as fast as I could, hoping they'd be extra filling that way! It didn't really work, though. I ate three old candy canes. They did encourage my belly with some holiday spirit! I ate another bowl of the pasta and vegetables, but I was still hungry. What else did I eat? I don't know, but there sure wasn't enough of it!
I went window licking* with my mom at Pier One, Borders (where I actually did buy a great animal book!), and TJ Maxx. At Pier One, I almost bought this fancy bar of dark chocolate because it didn't have gluten or dairy in it and was also very inexpensive. Unfortunately, I didn't buy it for some reason and spent the rest of the trip wishing I had! We went to Acme, but their dark chocolates were SO expensive. When we got home, I ate 1-2 "ripe" bananas and a piece of celery.
Does anybody have a lot of extra peanut butter? Or maybe a vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free Big Mac?

Things I Wish I Didn't Eat Today
When I discovered this supersized bottle of "Perfectly Protein" vanilla chai tea Bolthouse Juice with 80g protein per bottle instead of 50g (because it's so enormous) at the store, I freaked out. How could I not buy that! However, after drinking 3/4 of it in what I'm guessing was an hour or less, I'm starting to regret...

I sort of feel like vomiting.
Gluten and dairy-free foods are awesome for like a day and a half, sort of, but eventually you get tired of eating:
-maybe 5 handfuls of almonds
-maybe 3 bowls of white rice
-maybe 3 bowls of fruit salad
-probably 3 plums and 1-2 bananas
-3 or 4 glasses of chocolate soy milk
-5 or 6 glasses of soy beverage (Bolthouse juice)
-a few pieces of pineapple
-a few more almonds... and a few more... maybe some watermelon...
Last night I dreamt that I was on a vacation to Heaven, and when I won a prize I wanted gluten and dairy. By the way, did you know that "dairy" is an adjective? It's not a noun unless you're naming the place that produces dairy products!

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I ate...
Um, I think I have alzheimer's.
-Something like 2 pints of blueberries
-about half a carton of chocolate soy milk
-4.5 gluten/dairy-free chocolate chip cookies (who knew?)
-a couple handfuls of almonds
-a free sample of orange fruit candy
-some CRAZY fruit salad I made with a million different things in it
-some CRAZY vegetable stir-fry sort of thing with rice (2-3 servings) (slightly less good)
I spent an hour and a half in the kitchen preparing the latter two foods today. I also scrubbed pans and went grocery shopping. I washed my hair, went for a brisk walk with one of my girl friends, and read some more "Gluten-Free Living for Dummies."

Things I Ate Today 07
These are some things I've eaten today:
-a bowlful (as a form of measurement) of cherries
-about 3 cups of "chai tea" Bolthouse Juice
-about 4 handfuls of raw almonds
-3ish bananas
-3 to 4 bowls of salted/peppered/plain white rice (with chopsticks)
-some vaguely large amount of watermelon
Today is my first day of not eating gluten and dairy, to be continued for the next six weeks.* I originally decided to take a break from gluten and dairy when Cody and I listened to an audiobook of "The Ultramind Solution" by Mark Hyman a while ago. At first we just thought it was a hilarious joke, but as that guy kept talking about his solution we got hooked! There's quite a case for dairyglutenfree diet, and as it turns out, celiac disease (something related to gluten intolerance) is really something too! I've been reading "Gluten Free Lifestyle for Dummies," um, etc.
When I was in Haiti, that was the first time I've ever honestly felt bad about being a vegetarian. When you're over there, it just seems so wrong! Same for bulemia- it's just hard to fathom someone not wanting the food that's personally available. I figured this englightenment would defer me from the nonglutendairy thing, but... things really work differently over here in the States.** Also, something that really affected me over there was the way people relate to each other. Americans use cars and jewelry and handbags and lawnmowers and CDs and movies and college and FOOD to relate to each other so much! But they don't have any of that stuff in Haiti. It made me reconsider the portion of my identity and relationships that is (are?) completely dependant on food... um... I also have a thing for personal development through unnecessary sacrifice.
*I can't really concentrate on what I'm typing because I'm listening to a Pandora station that is "Hey Mama" by Kanye West + Chris Murray. It's the sound of my soul!
**As I'm thinking about Haiti, one of the songs I most associate with it (also one of the most random) comes up on Pandora. "I Want it That Way" by the Backstreet Boys? Honestly? And they say that there is no God!

Things I Ate Today and Some Other Days As Well
Unfortunately, I deleted my outgoing texts that listed all the stuff I've eaten over the course of the past few days... :(
On Wednesday and Thursday, I was at college orientation. So on Thursday for breakfast, I ate something hurriedly. Like, um... a cherry dark chocolate granola bar by Kashi with some tea or things. For lunch at the school, I ate a very large salad with a piece of carrot cake and a cup of water. Iced, I think! For dinner, I ate a piece of mushroom pizza with a smaller salad and some weird "light" lemonade. On Thursday for breakfast, I had the most delicious thing! A cup of coffee that wasn't filled up completely so I could mix it with a pint of chocolate milk. I also ate a scone and a banana. For lunch, I went home and ate... oh geez. Um. A peach... I think I remember a ton of cheese and peanut butter and some bread... ??? This is the part where it gets really confusing. What did I eat for dinner? What did I eat on Friday? Am I completely mixing up my days? What's going on? Maybe I was at orientation on Thursday and Friday? No, I worked on Friday....
Anyway, there was a Chipotle burrito in there somewhere; and let me tell you it was incredible. Amen halleluja.
Yesterday for breakfast, I made half a batch of brownies. I also ate a peach and a piece of toast or something. And a cup of Earl Grey tea... maybe some peanut butter? Who knows. I didn't have time for lunch, but I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on my 4:00 break at work. After work, I bought an 89c "snack size" bag of cookie mix (I would guess it's about half a batch?) with Twix and a bag of peanut m&m's. My mom and I ate the Twix on the way home. When I got home, I microwaved 2 of the breakfast brownies and put them in a huge mixing bowl. To that, I added the bag of m&m's, the cookie dough, and about a pint of Buckeye ice cream. It was SO GOOD. I sat on the couch and ate about half of that bowl. I also ate a TON of Dorritos. Forgot about those until just now! I had some of the later mentioned protein drink, too.
This morning for breakfast, I ate the other half of my frozen delight! For lunch at noon, I went to Thai Gourmet with Lauren (which was, as always, AWESOME and PERFECT IN EVERY WAY). Afterwards, each of us got a Polar Pop. Then, my mom made peanut butter cookies, so I ate 5-7 of those. Next, we went to my grandma's, and she really wanted one of those little ice cream sundaes from McDonald's? So I ate one of those, too. For dinner around 7, Laura and I went to Panera. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese and a mango smoothie without whipped cream, but the girl forgot my cream cheese! Otherwise, it was extreeeeemely delicious. So was the peanut butter cookie I ate after that, and the potato fry or two that I ate, and the high-calorie protein drink I had (chai tea latte!). Around 11:00, I started thinking about how iit was my last day to eat gluten or dairy for six weeks, and how much I'll probably miss Taco Bell. So, thank God for Sebastian, I ate two volcano tacos and a vegetarian crunchwrap with guacamole.
Boy am I hungry!
Things I Ate Today
Last night for small group, we stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, where I ate a LOT of food! For breakfast, let's see. I ate waffles, scrambled eggs, two servings of sweet Amish bread, tea, berry salad, and juice. I went home and ate four or five brownies. Then, after work (where I felt gross all day), I ate a pint of blueberries, about three servings of rice with peas and corn and asparagus in it, salad, two bowls of moose tracks icecream, um... some cookies from the B&B... I ate a lot more yesterday, too. Unfortunately, my mom is mad that I'm not in bed yet so I have no time for this!

Things I Ate Today
Today for breakfast, I ate about 3 cookies and a few more pieces of pineapple. For lunch, I ate a veggie burger on TWO pieces of bread instead of one, WITH mustard and lettuce! And a side of potato salad. I ate a raspberry truffle chocolate bar, which, by the way, is 3 x 180 calorie serving. I got one of those big bottles of Lipton's light papaya-flavored green tea, and drank some of it with supposedly better for you sunflower chips.
Around 10:30 pm, I got a cheese quesadilla from Taco Bell. It was so delicious. Since then, I've been snacking on some "kitchen sink" icecream. Om nom nom nom!

Things I Ate Today
In Haiti, I ate a LOT of rice. I ate rice, locally grown fruit, stuff that would probably cross my boundaries of vegetarian comfort at home (i.e. eggs and mystery substance in the rice), and bread. And densely delicious pancakes. Something I learned from that experience is your stomach doesn't always agree with weird diet changes! So I lost a lot of my food prematurely over the course of the week. Then, when it came time to readjust to my REGULAR eating habits, my stomach started complaining again!
Today for breakfast in the DR, I ate two pieces of bread, pineapple, and hot chocolate. For lunch, I ate rice with tomatoes, two brownies, and half of this other sweet thing. At the airport on the way home, I shared some people's candy and Pringles, and on the airplane I had some of those tasty cookies they give you for free. In the Atlanta airport, I had this HUGE greasy meal at Chille's(?) which consisted of an enormous veggie burger and oh-so-American portion of deep fried potatoes. Then I ate a Snickers bar. And I tasted some of Amy's smoothie, but only barely. And I chewed a piece of juicy watermelon gum.
After I got off the airplane, I ate (literally) about ten cookies that my mom thoughtfully picked up at the grocery store. I also ate a ton of pineapple. And after all that my stomach felt/feels pretty gross, so I drank two extremely large glasses of milk. You're supposed to stay away from milk a little bit when you haven't been drinking it, so I thought maybe it would make me barf. Unfortunately, I really don't think that's going to happen right now!

Things I Ate Today 05
Today for breakfast, I ate two and a half microwave s'mores. I found out that if you make half s'mores instead of regular-sized ones, they're even more delicious, and the marshmallow is... better!
For lunch around noon or 12:30, I ate another Kashi (cherry &dark chocolate) granola bar, with a green pear. I went to work later today-- at 3pm-- and didn't bring anything to eat. HOWEVER, the desk lady always makes amaazing baked goods for people's birthdays, so I had a piece of the most beautiful cake in the world! It had crazy flowers on it and was very moist. After I ate this, the owner of the store told me that I'm going to get fat if I keep eating junk food. It was pretty conversational, though. Oh, I also had a small handfull of slightly rotten cherries from the "free" cart in the back of the store. Still delicious.
After work, for dinner, I ate about half a pint of blueberries, a cup of Dannon "Light &Fit" cherry yogurt, a yogurt cup-full of fruit smoothie from mom, and a pear. Tonight, I'm leaving at 3 or 4 in the morning for my mission trip to Haiti, where I'll be eating mostly beans &rice, produce, and bread with peanutbutter on it. Cheers!

Things I Ate Today 04
Today, I actually ate three squarish meals!
For brunch, around 11am, I ate a Kashi (chocolate &dark cherry) granola bar with one or two pieces of fruit. Then, on my lunch break at five I ate peanuts and raisins. Additionally, I bought three of those awesome Lindt chocolate balls? They were (in order from earliest to latest), hazlenut, milk chocolate, and raspberry. The milk chocolate was way better than I would have expected, and raspberry is always a phenom!
After work, mom and I spent an hour or two buying stuff for my trip to Haiti next week. Luckily, she agreed to buy me a Cadbury (fruit &nut) chocolate bar. There are 2.5 servings per bar, each containing something like 190 calories and 3 grams of protein. But that's just saying. I ate the chocolate bar on the way home, and then for the rest of dinner I ate an extremely large plate of "salad," um, which is actually dirty greens from the neighbors' yard with a ton of blue cheese and raspberry vinagarette(?) salad dressing on top. I don't usually do the whole salad dressing thing, but it was a good distractor from the disgusting taste/texture/appearance of that particular lettuce. Good game! I love food.

What I Ate Today 03
Today, I didn't really eat like a person. I ate more like a cow, just munchin' on some grasses and vegetarian stuff that nobody else wants. And I think cows probably hold the same view of hunger as I do-- that it's sort of irrelevant-- because both of us have so many stomachs.
On second thought, cows probably don't eat s'mores.
For breakfast, I ate a veggie burger. I think I also ate a s'more. Over the course of the day, I think I ate two pears, three or four peaches and nectarines, um... some fruit. I don't know. Plums, probably. Lauren and I go to Thai Gourmet for Thai Thursdays every week, but this week I'm working on Thursday so we went a day early. I ate red curry tofu, with steamed rice: delicious.
I ate a lot of s'mores today, and I ate a couple of them yesterday after I posted. I also ate some extra graham crackers and marshmallows and chocolate. For dinner, I think I had two cobs of corn. Did that make three for the day? I'm really not sure what I've eaten, but I know it was good. I think I ate a few more peaches or nectarines with the corn. And s'mores.
Milk, fruit, s'mores, Thai food, and a veggie burger. That's what I ate today.

Things I Ate Today 02
Today for breakfast (around 10am), I ate a cup of Fage yogurt. It was the first time I've tried this, and I do reccommend it! I chose the honey flavor, which actually just means there's a little cubby of honey in the cup next to plain yogurt. For lunch (around 12pm), I ate some peanuts and raisins on the way to work. On break at 5:00, I ate a ton more raisins and peanuts. Then, after I got off at 8:30, I ate three little pieces of bulk chocolate, a large handfull of bing cherries, a cob of corn, and two pints of blueberries. Overall, a very good day for eating!
An awesome thing that happened at work today is tons of hotties came to check out at my register. (And boy did I check them out!) Interestingly, they came in all "flavors." So, in case you are wondering...
Hotties I Ate Today:
- Toolish college humor t-shirt hottie
- Brad Pitt as an unrealistic landscaper hottie
- So scruffy he could almost be straight hottie
- Middle-aged father and teacher hottie
- Underclassman or maybe upperclassman but either way still in high school hottie
- Creepy hottie
- Asian guy who doesn't write his name in English on the credit card reciept hottie
- Otherwise ethnically diverse hottie
- Somehow white hair is foxy hottie
- Too young to be a successful businessman so he's probably just boring hottie
- Probably unavailable because he has a couple of little kids hottie
The list even goes on! Unforunately, white suburban rapper tool hottie left my line for another because the wait was too long. Additionally, I totally missed out on tall black hotties of all varieties! Of course, the day did bring good things.
After this, I might eat a s'more or few; especially if Hayley agrees to accompany me on a Journey to the microwave. Doooonnn't stop! the Eeeeating!
